On Monday the 28th September, Pujya Sri Swamiji visited the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan in Central London.

Sri Swamiji was traditionally received with Purna Kumbha and Veda Mantras by the executive Director, Dr. Nanda Kumar. Sri Swamiji was taken to the Bhavan's office and Blessed it. Sri Swamiji also wrote a message in the Guest Book. It was in appreciation of Bhavan's activities in the west.

Later Sri Swamiji gave a healing and meditation music concert in the main hall. Sri Hari Mistry, Chairman of the Datta Yoga Center welcomed Sri Swamiji and offered a garland. Dr. Nanda Kumar gave a welcome speech and profusely thanked Sri Swamiji for visiting Bhavan. He also read out a message from the Director General of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Sri Rama Krishnan who conveyed Namaskarams to Sri Swamiji for evincing interest in the Bhavan's activities and progress. Sri Swamiji speaking briefly mentioned about the visit to Bhavan in 1976 and the meeting with Sri Mattur Krishna Murthy, the then Executive Director of Bhavan in London. Sri Swamiji appreciated the efforts of Bhavan to spread the message of India in the west.

Sri Swamiji then played Healing music for over two hours. Sri Swamiji played the favorite Bhajan of Mahatma Gandhi "Raghupati Raghava Raja Ram" in Kaapi Raga. As the concert ended, Sri Swamiji blessed Dr. Nanda Kumar with a Navaratna Mala. After the concert, Sri Swamiji presented a donation of 1001 Pounds for the renovation programme of the Bhavan.
