Guru Paduka Kshetra
Patancheru – Ramachandrapuram – Bhanur area has the highest
concentration of industries in the state of Andhra Pradesh in the
outskirts of capital Hyderabad.
Devotees working in the factories of this region have been motivated
by the efforts of Sri K Venkateswara Rao and N Nageshwara Rao. More over,
they
had been worshipping
Jaya Lakshmi Mata regularly along with Guru Puja and rendering services
for
the activities and development of Jaya Lakshmi Puram Ashrama. Due
to untiring efforts
of Sri N Nageshwara Rao, Sri SV Ramana Murthy and others, Datta Peetham
has acquired a 2-acre site in Ramachandrapuram, adjacent to the Bharat Heavy
Electricals
Limited (BHEL
in Short) Township four years ago.
Devotees have constructed a prayer hall in this Ashrama site, where Sri Swamiji has installed Guru Padukas. His Holiness has also founded a Trust Jaya Lakshmi Mata Yoga Centre for further activities. This is His first visit after the Paduka Pratishtha. Kunkumarchana to Devi, Puja to Jayalakshmi Mata, Yoga camps and medical camps in rural areas are the motto of this Ashrama.

Sri Swamiji arrived at 11.30 PM in Ramachandrapuram. Stay for Pujya Swamiji
in this camp was arranged in the house of Sri Narra Nageshwara
Rao. In the evening’s
Trust meeting, Sri Swamiji ordained that the Temple, Library,
Public Utility building project should be taken up after the completion
of
AMMA VODI Project
in Hyderabad. He further directed that the Trust should take
up the construction of Guru Paduka Madiram, Guru Nilayam and other utility
buildings
in Ganagapura
Kshetram in Karnataka. He also directed that Yoga Camps and
Medical service activities should continue more frequently with active
involvement
of all
the members.
In the evening, Sri Swamiji arrived in the Ashrama at 7 PM. Datta Peetha Asthana Vidwan Sri Kuchibhatla Chandra Shekara Sharma, spoke eloquently about Sri Swamiji’s mission. After Poornahuti, Trustees and Matrumandali members welcomed His Holiness. Executive director of BHEL Sri AN Jagadeeswaran and Inspector General of Police Sri SV Ramana Murthy were the guests of honour. Sri Swamiji spoke about the activities of Datta Peetham and allayed fears about the consequence of the ongoing Gulf War- II.

Morning Puja and Homa were conducted in Sri N Nageshwara Rao’s residence.
In the evening, Divya Nama Sankeertana and Maha Ganapati
Homa were performed at Ashrama. Devotees also celebrated the 60th
Birthday
of
Sri Swamiji.
On this occasion of Sri Swamiji permitted the devotees
to construct a Guru Nilayam
and Guest Cottage on Prayer Hall and promised to return
in the next year.
