Parama Pujya Sri Swamiji blessed devotees of Hyderabad by observing Deepavali Festival at Dundigal Ashrama on 5th November 2010.

At 10 am Sri Swamiji offered Purnahuti for Lakshmi Homa. Later, Gurudeva performed Sri Chakra Puja and Lakshmi Puja. 5th November 2010 was a unique and a very special day - Our Gurudeva completed 25,000 Divine days and also celebrated His 600,000th hour on this day.

Pujya Sri Swamiji blessed the devotees and said "Happy Deepavali to everyone. Prayers to mother Goddess, Lord Vishnu. Prayers for their blessings to rid our hearts of darkness. May auspiciousness always happen. Let bad thoughts and qualities go away. Again Happy Deepavali. We watched Lakshmi Puja. It is amazing that I am with you all today. I wanted to go back to Mysore two days ago. I stayed back for you all. In spite of rains, in spite of tiredness, we all are here today. Let demonic qualities which comes from Tamas go away. Let us travel to the world of Sattva and Truth. To truly understand truth, We need to learn with our heart and inner eyes. Both Devatas and Rakshasas are part of Lord Brahma. It is the law of divine to help and protect the Sattvic qualities. Superficial reading of Puranas, novels, television programs will not help us. An in-depth study will reveal truth. Our goodness will Help us in our journey. May your Tapas bring peace and happiness. A life of Sattvic and studious activity will be beneficial. Be busy. Long life of lethargy is boring. Old age can be difficult. Plan it well and plan it with Dharmic activity. Otherwise old age can be a curse. Plan it well. Happy Deepavali".
