“Crystals have powers. They indeed have” said a person. When asked how, she said “Well it brought Sri Swamiji to Madagascar”. This said it all. Madagascar is world famous for the crystal mines. Sri Swamiji’s interest in crystal flowered in to the visit to this large island nation (3rd largest island in the world) just off the coast of Africa. We knew no body there when Sri Swamiji arrived. But a small group of Indian families received Sri Swamiji in the Antananarivo airport on 5th September 2006 at 11.30 AM. But when Sri Swamiji left five days later, hundreds of people gave a tearful good bye to Sri Swamiji. The attraction was immense and mutual. Sri Swamiji just wanted to see a crystal mine - to see a crystal in its natural form in mother earth's embryo. When Sri Swamiji walked in to the small crystal mine in Ampanihy on 7th September 2006, Sri Swamiji was in such great happiness like a pure crystal radiant with energy and power. Sri Swamiji spent about one hour around the mine and then visited couple of Baobab trees and enthusiastically looked at their queer shape.
Sri Chakra Puja and Raga Sagara video Darshan were arranged in the house of Sri Bhaskar Bhai in Tana. Over one hundred and fifty persons attended the program.
As Sri Swamiji left for the airplane in Antananarivo airport, hundreds of tear laden eyes bid an emotional good bye to Sri Swamiji - a place not a single person was known when we arrived.
Sri Swamiji flew from Tana via Mauritius, New Delhi, Bangalore and to Mysore and arrived in Ashrama on 12th September 2006 at 11 AM.
