Sri Swamiji visits Vishakhapatnam, Peethapuram, Annavaram and PolamuruProceeding from Ganagapur, Sri Swamiji stayed in Hyderabad on 20th and 21st. He visited the famous Veda Bhavanam in Hyderabad and Blessed the students, staff and the organisers. On 22nd April (friday), Sri Swamiji traveled to Vishakhapatnam and then on to Annavaram for a brief Darshan of the famous Satyanarayana Swamy temple in Annavaram. From there Sri Swamiji traveled to Peethapuram. That evening a welcome reception had been arranged for Sri Swamiji in the new grounds of the Ashrama. Sri Swamiji gave a scintillating discourse.(click here for the text of the speech). On 23rd, Sri Swamiji performed Pujas in the Peethapuram Ashrama. Sri Swamiji also visited the new Ashrama lands where a lake in front of the temple is planned. On 24th, Sri Swamiji conducted the Kumbhabhishekam and installation of Dattatreya and Anagha Devi idols in a new temple built in Polamuru Village by Buddhavarapu Charitable Trust run by Sri Buddhavarapu Vennkatrao and Sri Kumar. The extremely hot climate received total shade when Sun slipped behind the clouds at the exact time of Kumbhabhishekam when Sri Swamiji climbed the temple tower un nerved by the scorching heat and light. Thousands of people who had come from near by villages ecstatically watched the divine Kumbhabhishekam in total shade. Sri Jakkampudi Rama Mohana Rao and Gollapalli Surya Rao, ministers in Andhra Pradesh Government and host of officials participated in the evening. Sri Swamiji made a brief stop over in Rajamundry Ashrama en route to Bangalore in the evening. After staying for the night in Bangalore Ashrama, Sri Swamiji returned to Mysore on 25th April 2005.
