Sri Swamiji’s third country on this year’s Nada Prasara tour was England. The one-week program was full of activity. Sri Swamiji arrived in London’s Heathrow airport on 1st August from Moscow. Devotees led by the Chairman of Datta Yoga Center, UK, Sri Manubhai Patel and Secretary Sri Jitu Dave received Sri Swamiji. Sri Swamiji stayed with Sri Mukesh Patel in Wembley.

2nd August 2004
Sri Chakra Puja was performed in the Preston Manor high school auditorium at 10 AM. Sri Mohan Suthar gave welcome speech.

Dr.Ramana Murthy of USA released the first ever DVD containing discourses of Sri Swamiji given during the 2003 USA tour. The one hour video has been divided topic wise. Swami Manasa Datta spoke about the Shata Shloki Ramayana discourse, which Sri Swamiji would give in the evening.

At 8 PM Sri Swamiji chanted the first 40 Shlokas of the Shata Shloki Ramayana and spoke in Hindi and English. Swami Manasa assisted in the English translations.

In the evening London experienced sudden burst of heavy rains which disrupted traffic and train services. At 8 PM Healing music concert was planned in the Tabernacle in Notting Hill area of London. Though the rains disrupted normal life, devotees arrived and the concert started 40 minutes late.

4 August 2004

After the Sri Chakra Puja, Sri Swamiji advised the Datta Yoga Center committee to sell the Satsang hall in Garrett lane in North London and move to a more expansive property outside London. In the evening Sri Swamiji recited and explained the remaining Shlokas of Shata Shloki Ramayana.

5 August 2004

Sri Swamiji visited Avebury stone circle – a mysterious stone arrangement made about 4000 years ago. This is said to be 500 years older than the famed Stone henge. Earlier Sri Swamiji visited a neolithic burial site and crop circles adjacent to it. Sri Swamiji said that these places had rare energies. Sri Swamiji spent about 40 minutes in the crop circle. Later Sri Swamiji traveled to Coventry and stayed the night there in the house of Dr.Aria Maheson.

6 August 2004

Sri Swamiji traveled by train to New Castle. Upon arrival, Dr.Viswambara Nath (whom Sri Swamiji fondly calls “Shambhu”) received Sri Swamiji. He is the translator of Sri Swamiji’s biography in English. His sister in law Smt.Manjula was also present. In the evening, the Mayor of New Castle received Sri Swamiji and gave a welcome function in the city council.

7 August 2004

Sri Swamiji performed Sri Chakra Puja in the house of Dr. Nath. In the evening Music for Meditation and Healing was held in the University of New Castle auditorium. Natha Bhairavi Raga Alapana was very special.

8 August 2004

Sri Chakra Puja and Homa in a public hall in New Castle. Sri Swamiji asked questions to devotees like Dr. Maheson and P.V.Nath as to why they are following Sri Swamiji. Dr. Nath explained about Sri Swamiji’s biography and the 10 commandments from Mata Jaya Lakshmi to Sri Swamiji (more details can be had from the reading of the biography).
In the evening Sri Swamiji visited a Beamish museum.
