August 24 & 25

On Monday, 24th August 2009, Sri Swamiji blessed the premises of Sri Manikya Vel in Gunturu with Puja and stayed for the rest of the day in Jaya Durga Teertha, on the banks of Krishna River in Vijayawada.

After morning Puja on 25th in Jaya Durga Teertha on the banks of River Krishna, Sri Swamiji came to Gannavaram to depart to Bangalore Stopping en route at Gannavaram Ashrama, Sri Swamiji drew the attention of devotees to the mysterious mushroom in the shape of a 12 hooded serpent, in the colour of a Cobra. (It is said that there was an anthill at this place earlier). To symbolise this, a serpent idol was installed at the place.

Thus, the short trip has successfully concluded.
