This Ashrama complex situated Madras - Pondicherry in the pictursqe setting in rural Tamil nadu is 90 minute drive from Madras. The Ashrama has Dattatreya, Ganapati & Skanda temples. The ashrama caters to the villagers from a dozen villages nearby, Doctors from Madras conduct periodical medical and health checkup camps. A large statue of Dakshinamurthy was installed recently. There is a 32 Ganapathy statued Meditation Hall in the Ashrama.

The Ashrama complex in Madras is very active with various spiritual and social activities. The Dattatreya temple here has the Adi Guru Namaka Dattatreya idol installed by Pujya Swamiji in 1988.
Satsangs & Ganapati Homas & mediacal camps are held every Sunday. All the important festivals are celebrated. A big auditorium "Sachchidananda Hall" serves the community needs. Temples of Navagraha, Raja Rajeshwari and the first KARYA SIDDHI HANUMAN" temple was installed by Sri Swamiji. A spacious new medical services building offers free medical camps to rural public. Dr.Shiva heads the medical division. Sri Ramani, Sankaran, Chandran and Jayaraman are part of the committee that manages the Ashrama. Madras city has been one of the earliest to have Gnana Bodha Sabha (branch of Mysore ashrama established by Sri Swamiji). From 1970, Ashrama functioned in Mylapore area. Illustrious personalities like violin Maestro T.N.Krishnan, Jurist Late V.G.Ramachandran and othes have meen members of Ashrama.

The Ashrama here was establkished in 1979. Datta temple was established in 1988. Satsang & Homa is comnducted every Sunday. Karya Siddhi Hanuman, Shiva Linga, Maha Ganapathy and Navagrahas shrines were added later. "Purna Phala Samarpana" (dry coconut offering) to Karya Siddhi Hanuman is very popular and thousands of devotees come every day.
In November 2006, A beautiful auditorium, KARYA SIDDHI MANTAPA" was inaugurated. It has state of art sound and light system. A new spacious Kriya Yoga hall is in first floor of the Mantapa.
Bangalore Ashrama Trust regularly conduct rural Medical camps.
The Matru Mandali is active and conducts regular meetings for women.VAGDEVI - a school for communication handicapped is functioning from this Ashrama. Smt.Shantha Radha Krishna, a well qualified speech pathologist is the principal of the school.

Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Yoga Nada Bhavanam" is a large and beautiful auditorium for meditation and is dedicated to Pujya Sri Swamiji. There are no temples in the Ashrama. One of the most beautiful of Ashrams. Situated on the banks of the Periyar river, the ashrama has a Kerala style Datta temple, Karya Siddhi Hanuman temple and Ganesha temple. Prayer hall and Guru Nilaya too are ornately built. The Hanuman temple attracts large criwds on week end for Purna Phala Samarpana (offering of dry coconut).
Ashrama conducts weekly free Ayurveda and Allopathy medical camps in the hospital building.

Mr.Siddartha - 094483-90946The Birth Place of Sadguru Deva Sri Swamiji. Situated about 90 Kilometres from Bangalore city, Mekedatu is in Sahyadri hill range. In this spectacular natural setting, The rivers Arkavathy and Kaveri Meet. Ashrama has river frontage on Arkavathy river. The Sangama is about one kilometre away. The actual birth spot of Sri Swamiji is a place called BRAHMA KUNDA and is about one hor walk from Ashrama in to the jungle in the east. Please do not venture in to the forest without permission from Mysore Ashrama. Mekedatu Ashrama is the place where Jayalakshmi Mata grew up along with her sisters. Her parents Lingannayya and Savitramma had moved to t his place from nearby Sogala village which was reeling under severe draught. So, Lingannayya moved here to live beside perinneial water sourcce of Kaveri.
Mekedatu Ashrama has Dattatreya temple in which a Shiva Lingam which was found in earth while digging has been placed. Besides there are shrines of Pancha Mukha Hanuman (five faced Hanuman idol), Ganapathy, Vana Durga and Sadguru Padukas. There is a prayer hall in front of the temple. ALso in the Ashrama are community hall for the villagers (named after Lingannayya) and Guru Nilaya, Kitchen and dining facilities. Simple accommodation for pilgrims are there. The Ashrama is staffed with priest and watchmen. Nearby villagers meet every full moon night and perform Datta Homa and sing Bhajans through out the night till dawn. Ashrama has no telephone facility. Nearest doctor and other facilities are about 20 kilometres away.

Sprawling Ashrama campus about 25 Kms from Hyderabad situated near Airforce Acedamy on Dindigul Road. The present Ashrama has seen gradual development from 1970s. Sri Swamiji installed Kshipra Ganapathy temple in 1980 and Datta Anagha temple, Navagraha temples later. A spacious prayer hall and a beautiful stone carved temple for Raja Rajeswari were installed in 2003. The idol of Raja Rajeshwari was made of precious and rare Marakata stone (green stone) Sri Swamiji performed eloborate rituals to inaugurate the temple. (link)
