(Sri Datta Dhyaana Maalikaa)

Darpa (pride, arrogance) hides - just as a cobra lies beneath sheded leaves - in the path of wisdom. The look of Lord Dattatreya is like a box full of Garudamani (a gem stone which is used as an antidote to snake poison). Let us prostrate to such a divine look of Lord Dattatreya.
